Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Starter trial. No card is asked for, and it drops to Free rather than stopping when the trial ends.
What each plan actually allows
These limits are the ones the product enforces, not a summary of them. Candidates and AI calls reset on the first of each month; roles and users are counted as they stand.

Billing questions
Why does the page not show a price?
Because we have not set one yet, and a number we would have to change is worse than no number. The limits on this page are real and enforced; the rupee figure is the part still being decided. Tell us your hiring volume and we will quote against it.
What counts as a candidate?
One person entering your workspace in a calendar month, however they arrived: the careers page, an import, or sourcing. The same person applying to a second role in the same month is not counted twice.
How is AI calling billed?
Per call, on top of the plan, on every plan that includes it. The free plan does not include it at all rather than including a small number of calls, so nobody discovers the limit mid-campaign.
What happens when we hit a limit?
The action that would cross the limit is refused with a message naming the limit, and nothing is written. Nothing is deleted and no existing candidate becomes unreachable.
What happens if a payment fails?
The workspace keeps its full limits for seven days while the payment is retried. After that it drops to the Free plan's limits. Your data stays where it is.
Can we move between plans?
Up at any time, and it takes effect immediately. Down at the end of the period you have paid for, once you are inside the lower plan's limits.
